Anne Marie McNeill, MD, PhD

BOARD-CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST

Dr. Anne Marie McNeill, a board-certified dermatologist, practices medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. Born and raised in San Jose California, Dr. McNeill completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Chemistry. She completed both her M.D. and Ph.D. degrees under the Medical Scientist Training Program fellowship at the University of California, Irvine, sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). In medical school she was awarded AOA status, the national medical honor socitey. Her Ph.D. is in Pharmacology. She then went on to complete an Internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, returning to Orange County to complete her residency in Dermatology at the University of California, Irvine.

She has published over 20 articles and abstracts in the peer-reviewed literature. During her residency, Dr. McNeill was a recipient of the Women’s Dermatologic Society Mentorship program, and studied Vulvar Dermatology at St. John’s Institute of Dermatology in London, England. She is a member of the American Medical Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, an Affiliate of American Society for Mohs Surgery, a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and President of the Orange County Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Anne Marie McNeill was named a “Top Doc” in Orange Coast Magazine, was a subject for the Physicians of Excellence and has been featured in several other publications. Most recently she was named as a guest expert for the Sun and Skin News, published by the Skin Cancer Foundation in the Summer of 2015. She sees patients in private practice at Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery.  She is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

She lives in Newport Beach with her husband and 6 children.

James Rosing, MD

BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON

Dr. James Rosing is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery.  Dr. Rosing is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS).  Dr. Rosing participates in Maintenance of Certification (MOC) in plastic surgery.  His practice consists of aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body as well as Mohs reconstruction.  His education and surgical training background is extensive.

Dr. Rosing graduated from the Keck School of Medicine of USC where he was recognized as a Graduate with Highest Distinction for consistent excellence in the sciences awarded to less than 10% of graduating seniors. During medical school he was awarded AOA status, a national honor society, as well as the AOA research fellowship. Dr. James Rosing trained according to the traditional pathway with complete general surgery training, at Stanford University Hospital, followed by plastic and reconstructive surgery training at University of California, Davis. While at Stanford, he was elected as one of two administrative Chief Surgical Residents by his surgical mentors, demonstrating his leadership. While at UC Davis, he was awarded the Francis W. Noel Award for scholarly activity and presented at national and regional plastic and reconstructive meetings.

Dr. Rosing trained under Dr. Tom Stevenson, former director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Harvard trained craniofacial surgeon, Dr. Granger Wong, Oculoplastic specialist, Dr. Lily Lin, renowned body contouring surgeon, Dr. Michael Wong and the international authority on fat grafting, Dr. Lee Pu. Dr. Rosing has authored and published surgical textbook chapters as well as several peer reviewed scientific articles. Dr Rosing is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

He lives in Newport Beach with his wife and 4 children.

Jennifer Moller, MS, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Jennifer is a Certified Physician Assistant. She joined Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery in 2013 after completing her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. She has had formal training in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, women’s health, general surgery, dermatology, and plastic surgery. Jennifer then underwent specialty training with Dr. McNeill and other leading dermatologists in Orange County in the treatment of acne, skin care, the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, and cosmetic procedures.  Jennifer has performed thousands of skin checks and biopsies.  She is recognized as an expert injector by Allergan for Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Vollure, and Volbella. She is also highly skilled in other injectable therapies like Restylane and Belotero.  She performs ALA-Blu light, Theraclear, PicoSure Tattoo and Skin Revitalization, Intense Pulsed Light, and Vectus Laser Hair Removal. She enjoys delivering beautiful, natural results to her patients.

Michele Westendorf, MSN, NP-C

Nurse Practioner

Michele Westendorf is a board-certified nurse practitioner. A native Ohioan, Michele obtained a bachelor’s of science in human ecology from The Ohio State University before going on to earn a B.S. in nursing from the esteemed Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Her career then took off in the neuroscience intensive care unit (NCCU) at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

During her time in Baltimore, Michele was named adjunct faculty for Johns Hopkins’ BSN program. Simultaneously she returned to Johns Hopkins once again, this time to earn her Master’s in nursing, and graduated summa cum laude. After 5 years in NCCU, she left the hospital to work in interventional pain with the Baltimore Pain Relief Center.

Michele is devoted to providing evidence-based care for both her medical and cosmetic patients. She has trained extensively with Dr. McNeill in acne, skin care, and the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. In addition to providing laser treatments, peels, Acleara, Ulthera and ALA Blu Light, she is highly skilled with injectable therapies like Botox, Juvederm, Beletero and Restylane. Michele will also be assisting Dr. Rosing in the office and in the operating room.

Michele loves meeting patients and her work is driven by a life-long passion for knowledge. She lives in Newport Beach and we are excited to welcome her to the team at Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery.

Kristin Scord, MS, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Kristin is a Certified Physician Assistant. She has a 9-year history of practicing in a variety of high-demand surgical sub-specialties such as Orthopedic and Neurologic Surgery in Newport Beach. Prior to this, she spent time training in Dermatology and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at UCI Medical Center. She enjoys both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Kristin completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Health Sciences at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2005. She was a certified EMT during her college years and went forward to get her Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences in 2008.

Kristin delivers care for patients at NBDPS in areas including acne, skin care, skin cancer treatment and prevention. She performs Theraclear and Vectus Laser Hair Removal and laser and injectable treatments.

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys seeing family and friends and getting outdoors with her husband and daughter.
