Men Need Botox to Stay “Relevant and Marketable” in the Workplace Today- Jennifer Moller MS, PA-C

According to a recent CNBC report, “Men are fighting to stay competitive” in the workplace. Wrinkles on men used to be a sign of wisdom, but are now just a sign of getting “old”. Their competition is young and fresh, full of new ideas. Are men ready for this?!
I agree, people tend to make first impressions from an external perspective, but are men actually seeking out treatments to improve their appearance? The answer is YES! Men do want to look better, look younger, more than ever before. External appearance matters in many industries. We are a youth-obsessed country. Youthful means healthy, productive, and creative. It means you are in touch with drivers of this generation, like social media. Nationally, there has been a dramatic rise in men getting cosmetic procedures. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons said: “there’s been a nearly 20 percent increase in men going under the plastic surgeon’s knife — or laser, or needle — since 2010.”
Men are more secretive about their anti-aging routines. You won’t see a group of guys giggling at the coffee shop swapping stories on their recent Botox treatment. They quietly, and stealthy, get younger-looking.
So, if you are a man and reading this, you are not alone in the quest to stay competitive. We are here to help you pause time, stay relevant, and look just as good, if not better, than your younger counterpart.
