Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, has two locations in Southern California, including one location in the Fashion Island area of Newport Beach and our newest location in San Juan Capistrano. We provide individualized comprehensive dermatologic care and plastic surgery to our patients across all aspects of medical, surgical, cosmetic and aesthetic skin care.
This year and for the past 16 years, we at Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery have been grateful for our patients, referring providers, our staff and our providers ability to provide the best possible care in both medical and cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery. We accept most PPO insurances, Medicare and offer reasonable cash prices for those not on our plans.

Anne Marie McNeill M.D., Ph.D., Board Certified Dermatologist and Board Certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon -Dr. McNeill is the founder and president of Newport Beach Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. Her passion is in procedural dermatology including laser, injectables, and Mohs with a special understanding of vulvar dermatology.
Christopher Ellstrom M.D., Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Ellstrom performs both medical and cosmetic plastic surgery. He does many of our Mohs Closures and excisions and has a flourishing cosmetic plastic surgery practice where he hates to limit his specialties but seems to be keenly interested in facial/neck plastic surgery.
Robin Lewallen M.D., Board Certified Dermatologist and Board Certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon -Dr. Lewallen is an expert in complex medical dermatology. She is also one of our talented Mohs surgeons. She accepts new patients only by physician referral.
Larisa Lehmer M.D., Board Certified Dermatologist and Board Certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon -Dr. Lehmer performs both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her favorite treatments include laser for stubborn rosacea and pigmentation as well as overall skin rejuvenation. She is another of our Mohs surgeons and has an additional focus on whole food plant based diet and the impact of nutrition on skin.
Blair Murphy-Rose M.D., FAAD, Board Certified Dermatologist – Dr. Murphy-Rose is a highly regarded dermatologist specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She has a particular passion for aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, hyalurinic injectables, and advanced laser procedures, with a focus on achieving natural, refined results. Dr. Murphy-Rose is also deeply committed to skin health, offering expert care in acne, rosacea, and skin cancer prevention. She is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach and dedication to helping patients feel confident in their skin.
Kristin Scord, Physician Assistant – Kristin is a Certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in surgical specialties, including Orthopedic, Neurologic, and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. She currently provides care in medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on acne, skincare, and skin cancer treatment and prevention.
Colleen Jewess, PA-C – Colleen is a skilled Physician Assistant who provides care for both medical dermatology concerns and cosmetic treatments. She offers flexible hours that often accommodate patients with demanding work schedules. Patients consistently share excellent feedback about their experiences with her, reflecting the high level of care she delivers.
Jade Fosburgh, PA-C – Jade is a Physician Assistant with a strong background in medical and cosmetic dermatology, holding degrees from UCLA and California Baptist University. She has assisted in a wide range of procedures—from skin cancer surgeries and biopsies to advanced laser treatments, neurotoxins, fillers, and microneedling—and works closely with the physicians at Newport Beach Dermatology & Plastic Surgery to help patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.
