Dr. Larisa Lehmer, M.D., FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and board-certified micrographic dermatologic surgeon specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees at Stanford University before completing her medical degree and dermatology residency at the University of California, Irvine, where she served as Chief Resident of Cosmetics. Her expertise spans advanced laser and energy-based treatments, injectables, and aesthetic procedures, with a focus on achieving natural, rejuvenated results that reflect each patient’s goals.

In addition to her cosmetic work, Dr. Lehmer performs Mohs micrographic surgery most Tuesdays, providing precise, tissue-sparing skin cancer treatment. She has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and multiple book chapters in dermatology and laser surgery, reflecting her commitment to excellence in both clinical care and research. Outside of medicine, Dr. Lehmer enjoys cooking healthy plant-based meals for her husband and their first son and set of twins, swimming, and singing.
